OWA working
Made a little progress tonight. Not too much as haven’t spent a great deal on it. I found out why the proxy addresses wasn’t being displayed and I found a way around it.
Enabling a mailbox through the"enable-mailbox" task will ensure that the
recipient is stamped with the right email addresses the same way that the
"set-mailbox" does. This is because the tasks call into the proxy generation
dlls to obtain the proxy addresses that need to be stamped on the recipient
and write it to the AD.
Enabling a mailbox from ADUC (which is not supported) assumes that RUS will
stamp the proxy addresses in the background, but RUS is not available in E12
so the recipient does not get stamped.
A lot of this stuff should change in beta 2. But at least i now am able to create mailboxes and send and receive mail between them
I had a go at getting OWA up tonight. This seems to be working fine but as you can see from the pic its very basic at the moment. I was planning on setting up a test account so you could have a look but its soooooo basic at the moment there is nothing to see.
